It’s not enough to eat. We need nutrients to thrive!

Fabiola is the founder of Amazing Food Company. She and her husband fled their home country out of love and necessity—staying meant danger, and leaving was their only path to safety. When they arrived in the refugee camp, another challenge emerged: their young daughter began experiencing serious health issues.

As a trained nutritionist, Fabiola quickly noticed a critical problem. The food distributed in the camp provided calories, but not nutrition. It filled stomachs, but it did not nourish growing bodies. That reality sparked her mission.

This is how Amazing Food Company was born.

With her knowledge and determination—and later with support from a Maak Impact loan—Fabiola transformed her idea into a thriving enterprise. Today, she produces more than 500 packages of nutrient-rich porridge every week, providing healthy food options to families, children, and vulnerable community members.

Her work doesn’t stop there. Fabiola has expanded into broiler chicken production, egg production, and today she is both a manufacturer and a rancher, building a sustainable food ecosystem within the camp.

And she’s still growing.

Fabiola is currently planning to acquire a drying rack system and a roasting machine to increase capacity and improve efficiency. She is also developing a new product line: homemade soy milk, designed to offer plant-based protein for those who need it most.
