(A) Standard Purchase & Delivery

(B) Donation Fulfillment

  • Donations are fulfilled within Kenya

  • Fulfillment may require coordination with local community representatives

Once a donation order is delivered to the designated recipient or organization, the order is considered complete.

(C) Local Pickup

Local Pickup is available. Location and instructions will be provided after the order is placed. Orders must be collected within the stated pickup window.

6. Returns & Refunds

For food products, we generally do not accept returns due to safety and hygiene reasons.

Refunds may be issued in situations that include:

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.

Donation orders cannot be refunded after they have been delivered to the recipient.
